Happy Thanksgiving! Every year for my November Sales Culture Newsletter, I always ask the following question “What are you thankful for?” I will share my answer with you in just a minute. This month I am bringing to you TWO new articles. The first is on the intersection between Sales Culture and Customer Service: PERFECT Together. I had written on this a few years ago and recently updated the content. The second topic this month is a skill that is often overlooked and under-appreciated as perhaps the most vital and critical selling tool every single of us possesses. It is called “Presence” and it’s a hugely important concept for us to embrace!
