Happy Thanksgiving! What are you thankful for? I am thankful for my health, my family and friends, and for each of you for the support and guidance you have shown me this year. Thank you.

It is an important question, and we all need to take a moment and take stock of our personal and professional relevancy. It will help you immensely in your endeavors for 2012.
