I'm back! Literally and figuratively! Many of my readers had let me know that they missed my September issue of the Sales Culture Newsletter and I am flattered. I suffered a back injury and have spent the last few months recovering, so I appreciate all of the nice notes and emails. Thank you for your concern and kindness.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to clean out my garage and get rid of a lot of old stuff that I had been hanging on to. As I took a step back in time looking through all of the boxes, I realized that one thing I have never seen was content on the attitude of selling.
