May showers bring...more sales! Yes, it's true. Lately, everyone I've been talking to has been really upbeat and optimistic about their sales and the year they're having. Are you? Spring is always a time of renewal and feeling better about things, so maybe it's a combination of better weather and how we're seeing the opportunities in front of us. If you're feeling better about things, this is a great time to revisit those older prospects that have gone a bit stale. Let them see your new energy, and they might just say "yes."

In this edition of my Sales Culture Newsletter, I want to share some thoughts on why sales culture is way more than the sales team and how you can make that work for you.
