Dear <<First Name>>,

Spring is here and it’s time for spring cleaning which means finding new ways to have new conversations with our clients. In this issue of my Sales Culture Newsletter, I want to encourage you to take a fresh look at two things. The first is how to see and use the word “no,” and some thoughts about how not to be afraid of it. The second area is about taking the time to ensure that your clients see you as adding value to their business. Take the challenge and make sure that you are in good standing.

Also, I am happy to announce that I have added a new Members Only section for those of you who have become members of my Sales Culture Learning Portal™. If you are a member, make sure you log in and take a look at the new content that has been added which includes the first Virtual Presentation from February 29th.

As always, thank you for reading.

 Good Selling!

We do all kinds of things to sabotage our success. Things like closing a sale, getting a job offer, convincing a patient to adopt a course of treatment – the list is endless. Everyday brings countless opportunities to sell something with the objective to earn a “yes”...
Do you know how valuable you are to your clients? Have you asked? Do they see you as an extension of their business or as just a vendor? An fear of asking will lead us to complacency and a false sense of security...
