Spring is here and it’s time for spring cleaning which means finding new ways to have new conversations with our clients. In this issue of my Sales Culture Newsletter, I want to encourage you to take a fresh look at two things. The first is how to see and use the word “no,” and some thoughts about how not to be afraid of it.
