This is my final newsletter of 2014, and I want to use this opportunity to say a BIG "Thank YOU" to each of you - my loyal readers, clients, friends, and colleagues. Your support has been priceless, and I am humbled to have each of you as part of my Virtual Team.

2014 was a big year for many of us with successes and challenges along the way. I have had the good fortune to work with so many people who have taught me as much as I hope I have shared with them. In that light, I want to share with you the dedication for my upcoming second book, Everyone's in Sales—Stop Apologizing! Get What You Need, Want and Deserve:

  When I wrote my first book, Everyone's in Sales, I dedicated it to the memory of my father because so much of what I speak and write about I had learned from him.

This book is all about what I have learned from my clients, colleagues, and friends who have supported me every step of the way in my journey as a speaker and an author. I wish I could name everyone, but the list would be longer than the book.

With deep gratitude and appreciation for believing in me and for giving me an opportunity, I dedicate this book to each of you.

This book is dedicated to each one of you reading this now. I could not have accomplished what I have without you, and I hope that we never lose sight of the fact that none of us achieves success alone.
