Do you have a favorite movie? I have many favorites, and this month, I want to share some thoughts from the 1989 classic “Field of Dreams.” This movie has a very strong message about how we need to think about what we do and how we do it. I hope you enjoy my article on this topic!

Are You Technically Proficient? Great! But It’s Not Enough.

It occurs to me that as the sluggish economy drags on, I am constantly reminded of the movie “Field of Dreams.” Those of us who remember the movie almost certainly remember the famous line, “If you build it, they will come.” It became a household saying and has resonated with me for years.
